# bet365.rs review (2026)

> bet365.rs is our #2 online casino in Serbia: Hillside New Media d.o.o. Beograd holds an approval from the Games of Chance Administration and publishes its license number, and its tools for staying in control are the fullest we found, from deposit limits that can only be raised after a 24-hour wait to time-outs, gambling blocks and a budget calculator. Its casino welcome package is the largest we could verify, but the bonus must be wagered 40 times within 30 days on 15 listed slots. It trails King.rs on support (live chat 09:00–21:30 and a web form only), on games (no game count we could verify) and on licensing history; the two tie on payouts and bonuses.

bet365.rs is the Serbian edition of what is arguably one of the most recognized sports betting brands in the world. Operated by Hillside New Media d.o.o. Beograd under a Serbian approval, it carries bet365's global brand to the local market; we couldn't check its sportsbook from outside Serbia. In our Serbia ranking, it is outranked only by King.rs, as we found when checking every casino in [our Serbia top 5](https://safebet.ai/rs/online-casinos/) against public sources.

## Full bet365.rs verdict

bet365.rs earns an 8.0/10 in our review, making it the second-highest-rated casino in our Serbian top 5. It ranks second because the areas we could check are strong: its approval, its responsible-gambling tools, its payment methods and a welcome offer with published conditions.

The sportsbook is bet365's core product globally, and the Serbian version is built the same way. Live betting, live streaming and deep coverage of football, basketball, tennis and other sports are the brand's strengths, but we couldn't check them on bet365.rs. For players whose primary activity is sports betting, bet365.rs remains a natural choice.

The casino, however, is harder to judge. bet365.rs publishes no game count we could verify. The welcome bonus is larger than King.rs's, but the promotional calendar for casino players couldn't be verified.

bet365.rs puts its sportsbook first, with its casino on a separate games site. In our scores, two verified gaps hold it back: no game count we could verify, and support by chat (09:00–21:30) and web form only.

Our verdict is that bet365.rs is the right choice for players who want strong control tools, and for players who primarily bet on sports and occasionally visit the casino. It is not our #1 choice for players who primarily play casino games. Our #1 pick for Serbia is [King.rs](https://safebet.ai/rs/online-casinos/king-rs-review/). bet365.rs sits second in our Serbian ranking because of its unverified game count and its limited support hours.

## Is bet365.rs legal and safe?

bet365.rs is one of the 25 approved gambling platforms available to Serbian players. The brand is known worldwide, and the Serbian operation holds a local license from the Games of Chance Administration (Uprava za igre na sreću), part of Serbia's Ministry of Finance. Archived copies of the official list show that bet365.rs was added between December 2024 and February 2025.

In terms of trust and safety, bet365.rs scores at or near the top. There is no question about the legitimacy of the operator. Like every approved online operator, it must keep a deposit or bank guarantee of at least EUR 500,000 in a Serbian bank and check every player's age against an ID card or passport.

**Trust and safety strengths**

- One of the most recognized betting brands globally
- Serbian license from the Games of Chance Administration, with the number published
- Comprehensive responsible gambling tools

If safety tools are your primary concern, bet365.rs is arguably the strongest option in our Serbian ranking. Its responsible-gambling site (mid-2025 copies) lists deposit limits that can only be raised after a 24-hour wait, loss limits, reality checks, activity tracking, a time-out ("Pauza"), self-exclusion, gambling blocks and a budget calculator. None of the other four has a toolset we could verify as broad. Strong safety tools don't make it the best overall product, though: its games and support scores keep it second.

## bet365.rs welcome bonus explained

The bet365.rs casino welcome offer ("Paket dobrodošlice za Igre") is 100% up to RSD 40,000 plus up to 500 free spins, on the conditions below. We checked the headline on September 30, 2026; the detailed terms come from the March 2026 version, and we couldn't verify that the current terms are identical.

**Welcome bonus breakdown**

- 100% deposit match up to RSD 40,000, as bonus funds
- Minimum deposit RSD 1,000, claimed within 30 days of registering; paysafecard and Trustly Card deposits don't qualify
- Up to 500 free spins on four featured slots
- Spins worth RSD 15 each, in up to 10 daily reveals within 15 days, each of 5, 10, 20 or 50 spins at random (500 at most); each day's spins must be used within 3 days, and their winnings carry no wagering
- Wagering requirements apply: 40x the bonus within 30 days on 15 listed slots (check current T&Cs)
- Maximum stake per round: 10% of the bonus

This is the largest welcome bonus we could verify in our Serbian top 5. bet365.rs's offer is generous on paper but demanding in practice. Clearing an RSD 10,000 bonus means staking RSD 400,000 on the listed slots within 30 days, at most RSD 1,000 per round, and you can lose your deposit along the way.

So in Serbia, bet365 does compete on bonus size. For casino players, the size of the bonus is a real advantage, as long as you can meet its wagering.

Ongoing promotions for casino players are harder to compare. We couldn't verify whether bet365.rs runs the same volume of reload bonuses, tournaments or seasonal casino offers as King.rs.

Our bonus verdict: generous for a trusted brand, but held back by strict conditions for casino-focused players. If bonus value matters to you, compare the conditions at King.rs or RIZK.rs, not just the headline amount.

## What you can bet on at bet365.rs

bet365.rs is fundamentally a sportsbook with a casino add-on. Understanding this priority order is essential to understanding the platform. The sports product is the brand's core; the casino product is a separate games site.

### Traditional casino games

The casino runs on games.bet365.rs, which archived copies from September and October 2025 show with slots, a live casino ("Igre uživo") and bingo. bet365.rs publishes no game count we could verify, while King.rs's approved rules list 11,071 games. Live casino tables are available, but we couldn't verify which studios supply them or whether they cover blackjack, roulette and baccarat.

Apart from its welcome offer and its safety tools, there is little in the bet365.rs casino we could verify that would draw a player away from RIZK.rs or King.rs if casino games are their primary interest.

### Sports betting at bet365.rs

This is where bet365 built its reputation. We couldn't verify whether football coverage runs from the Serbian SuperLiga to the Premier League, La Liga, Champions League and lower European leagues, or how far its basketball and tennis markets go.

The live betting experience is bet365's signature feature globally. We couldn't confirm whether Serbian players get the same: fast odds updates, a wide variety of in-play markets and the ability to cash out bets before events finish.

### Instant and crash games

bet365.rs's selection of instant games couldn't be verified. No source we could check confirms Aviator or other crash games.

## Payments and withdrawals

bet365.rs supports Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Dinacard. It also takes paysafecard and Trustly Card for deposits, though not for the welcome bonus. The full list of methods isn't verified. We found no evidence of PayPal.

Withdrawal processing times couldn't be verified either, and we didn't make a withdrawal, so we give no figure. For players who prioritize fast access to winnings, this is a notable drawback.

**Payment concerns**

- Withdrawal times not verified
- No Skrill or Neteller options among the methods we could verify

The payment picture is mixed. Support for paysafecard and Trustly Card is a genuine selling point, but unverified withdrawal times and no sign of Skrill/Neteller mean the overall payment flexibility does not beat King.rs. For paysafecard users specifically, bet365.rs is the only option in our ranking we could verify.

## Mobile experience

The app in the Serbian stores is bet365's global app, "bet365 - Sports Betting", published by Hillside Technology Limited rather than the Serbian licensee. It is rated 4.82 from 330 ratings on Apple's Serbian App Store and 4.41 on Google Play, where the rating is global (October 5, 2026). We couldn't verify that it connects Serbian users to bet365.rs. RIZK.rs and MrBit.rs have no app in the Serbian App Store or Google Play.

The app focuses primarily on sports betting functionality, which aligns with the platform's priorities. Whether casino games are accessible through the app, we couldn't verify. For sports bettors, the app's ratings are excellent.

## Customer support

bet365.rs provides customer support through live chat and a web form, with no phone number. Its Serbian help center (October 2025 copy) says live chat is open daily from 09:00 to 21:30; the postal address is bet365 House in Stoke-on-Trent, UK. Serbian law requires support agents to be trained in preventing gambling addiction. King.rs and 1xBet.rs both offer free phone lines, so bet365.rs scores below them on support.

## Where bet365.rs could improve

bet365.rs still has significant improvement opportunities, even as the #2 casino in our Serbian top 5.

**Key criticisms**

- No game count we could verify
- Casino experience comes second to the sportsbook
- Strict bonus wagering: 40x within 30 days
- Withdrawal times not verified
- No ongoing casino promotions we could verify
- No phone support; chat 09:00–21:30 only
- Instant game selection is unverified

The core issue is what we could verify. Its game count couldn't be checked from outside Serbia, and its support has no phone line and runs from 09:00 to 21:30. King.rs, by comparison, publishes 11,071 games in its approved rules and answers by free phone 24/7.

If we could verify its game library and it added phone support, bet365.rs could move up our Serbia ranking. Its licensing and responsible-gambling foundations are already strong.

## The international advantage

bet365.rs carries an international brand, but it's a separate Serbian product run by a local company, and we couldn't check how closely the Serbian site matches bet365 elsewhere.

For Serbian players who travel, follow international sports or have used bet365 elsewhere, this familiarity can be valuable.

bet365 is also known internationally for its live streaming and in-play technology. We couldn't check whether bet365.rs offers the ability to watch Premier League, Champions League and other major events directly on the platform while betting in real time.

## Who should choose bet365.rs?

Choose bet365.rs if you want:

- One of the most recognized betting brands
- The fullest responsible-gambling toolset in our ranking
- The largest welcome offer we could verify, on strict terms
- paysafecard as a payment option
- Maximum safety tools and institutional credibility

bet365.rs may not be ideal if you want:

- A casino-first experience
- A game library you can check
- Simple bonus terms
- A game count and withdrawal rules we could verify
- Phone support or late-evening chat
- Modern instant games and crash games we could verify
- A platform that treats casino as a priority

bet365.rs is the right choice for sports-first bettors who value trust and control tools above everything else. It is not our #1 for casino-first players. If you mostly bet on sports, bet365.rs makes sense, though we couldn't check its sportsbook from outside Serbia. If you primarily play casino games, King.rs or RIZK.rs will serve you better on game choice. If bet365.rs isn't quite right for you, read our [bet365.rs alternatives guide](https://safebet.ai/rs/online-casinos/bet365-rs-alternatives/).

## How we review casinos

Every casino in our Serbia ranking is scored across 74 checks grouped into six categories: Licensing 18, Payouts 12, Bonuses 14, Games & RTP 10, Support 8 and Responsible play 12. We check each casino against the Games of Chance Administration's list of approved operators, its own published rules, terms, payment and help pages, and the app stores, and we cite the sources on every page. Each category is scored from 0 to 10 and weighted by its share of the checks. A check we can't verify earns no credit and costs none, and a category with nothing verifiable scores 7.0, the level Serbian law already requires of every approved operator; for bet365.rs, that is games.

[Read our full review methodology](https://safebet.ai/rs/online-casinos/how-we-rank/) for the complete scoring rubric and sources.

## Frequently asked questions

### Is bet365.rs licensed in Serbia?

Yes. bet365.rs is operated by Hillside New Media d.o.o. Beograd under a license from the Serbian Games of Chance Administration (license no. 003342979 2024 10529 001 000 450 005, as published in its footer). www.bet365.rs has been on the regulator's official list of approved online operators since between December 2024 and February 2025, and the approval covers that one website only. See [how online casino approval works in Serbia](https://safebet.ai/rs/online-casinos/are-online-casinos-legal-in-serbia/).

### Why does bet365.rs rank second in the Serbian top 5?

bet365.rs is primarily a sportsbook. But what matters most for casino players' safety is verified: its approval, the fullest responsible-gambling toolset in our ranking, its deposit methods and a welcome offer with published conditions. It trails King.rs, which has 11,071 games in its approved rules, a free phone line 24/7 and a longer approval history, while bet365.rs's game count couldn't be verified. Our scores cover the casino, not sports betting.

### Is bet365.rs good for sports betting?

Sports betting is bet365's strongest feature worldwide. bet365 is known for deep coverage of football, basketball, tennis and dozens of other sports with live betting and live streaming, but we couldn't check bet365.rs's markets or odds from outside Serbia. Elsewhere, bet365 offers live streaming for many sports events including football, basketball and tennis, available directly on the platform while betting; whether bet365.rs streams them in Serbia, we couldn't verify. Sports betting isn't one of our six scoring categories, so our score covers the casino only.

### What is the bet365.rs welcome bonus?

The casino welcome bonus is 100% up to RSD 40,000 plus up to 500 free spins for new customers. You must deposit at least RSD 1,000, not by paysafecard or Trustly Card, and claim it within 30 days of registering. The bonus is paid as bonus funds and must be wagered 40 times within 30 days on 15 listed slots, with a maximum stake per round of 10% of the bonus; the free spins are worth RSD 15 each, come in up to 10 daily reveals within 15 days, with 5, 10, 20 or 50 spins at random each time (500 at most); each day's spins must be used within 3 days, and their winnings carry no wagering. We checked the headline on September 30, 2026, and the detailed terms come from the March 2026 version, so check the current terms before you deposit. This is the largest welcome offer we could verify in our Serbian top 5, despite the platform's focus on sports over casino.

### How long do bet365.rs withdrawals take?

We couldn't verify it. bet365.rs's help pages on withdrawals can't be read from outside Serbia, archived copies don't show their content, and we didn't make a withdrawal, so we publish no figure. By comparison, King.rs publishes no hour figure either: it pays only to your own bank account, from RSD 1,000, and says the timing depends on your bank.

### Does bet365.rs accept PayPal?

We found no evidence that it does. The methods we could verify are Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Dinacard cards, plus paysafecard and Trustly Card for deposits; paysafecard and Trustly Card deposits don't qualify for the welcome bonus. bet365.rs is the only casino in our top 5 where we could verify paysafecard deposits, which is an advantage for players who prefer prepaid vouchers. The full list of methods couldn't be verified, so check bet365.rs's payment pages before you deposit.

### Can I use the same bet365 account from other countries?

Probably not. bet365.rs is a separate Serbian product operated by a local company. Expect to register specifically for the Serbian version, even if you have used bet365 in other markets. The approval covers only www.bet365.rs, and Serbian law requires every new account to pass an electronic age check against an ID card or passport before you can deposit or play. We couldn't read bet365.rs's own help pages on this point from outside Serbia.
