Are online casinos legal in Serbia? Yes. As of October 5, 2026, online casinos are legal in Serbia only at operators approved by the Games of Chance Administration (Uprava za igre na sreću), part of the Ministry of Finance, on the one website each approval covers, and only for adults 18 or over whose age is checked against an ID card or passport.
