3. Cookies and similar technologies
When you first visit, we ask for your permission. Until you accept, no analytics or marketing scripts are loaded.
- Strictly necessary: we store your consent choice in your browser’s local storage (
sb-consent-v1). No consent is needed for this. - Statistics (optional): Google Analytics 4 cookies (such as
_ga) to understand how the site is used. - Marketing (optional): TikTok Pixel cookies (such as
_ttp) to measure our ads.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via (also in the footer of every page).
4. Who we share data with
We only share personal data with parties that help us run SafeBet, under agreements that protect your data:
- Cloudflare — website hosting, content delivery and spam protection (Turnstile).
- Our email delivery provider (currently Resend) — to deliver contact-form messages to our inbox.
- Google — website statistics, only with your consent.
- TikTok — ad measurement, only with your consent.
- Sublaunch and Stripe — checkout, billing and subscription management on sublaunch.co. Their own privacy policies apply to data you enter there.
- Telegram — picks are delivered in Telegram channels, where Telegram’s privacy policy applies.
We never sell your personal data, and we don’t share it with sportsbooks.
5. International transfers
Some of these providers process data outside the European Economic Area, for example in the United States. In that case we rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy of it;
- have incorrect data corrected, or have your data erased;
- restrict or object to our processing of your data;
- data portability;
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing.
Send your request to hello@safebet.ai — we respond within one month. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
7. Security
The website is served exclusively over HTTPS, forms are protected against spam and abuse, and access to personal data is limited to the people who need it to help you.
8. Age
SafeBet is intended for adults of legal betting age in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
