RIZK.rs review 2026

RIZK.rs brings an international casino brand to the Serbian market. It is operated by Top Slots d.o.o. Beograd under an approval from Serbia’s Games of Chance Administration and positions itself clearly as a casino-first platform. It placed third in our Serbia online casino ranking for 2026, behind King.rs and bet365.rs. It does not try to be everything at once, and that focus is both its strength and its limitation.

Full RIZK.rs verdict

RIZK.rs earns 7.6/10 in our review, making it the third-highest rated Serbian casino after King.rs and bet365.rs. The core reason is its long licensing record, backed by the casino focus itself. Top Slots d.o.o. Beograd has held its approval since February 25, 2021 and shows the approval number in its footer. For players who primarily want to play blackjack, roulette or slots, RIZK.rs is built around exactly that.

Where RIZK.rs falls short compared to King.rs is in breadth. It does not have the same published promotional depth, its sports betting couldn’t be verified, and its site does not open outside Serbia. King.rs’s approved rules list 11,071 games, and it has apps and phone support; RIZK.rs has neither. That distinction matters for some players and not for others.

The welcome bonus, as published in April 2025, the latest version we could check, was 100% up to RSD 10,000 + 100 free spins: minimum deposit RSD 500, bonus wagered 35x within 30 days, spins worth RSD 10–12 each (10 a day for 10 days) with wager-free winnings, and no cap on winnings. It was a straightforward offer: a deposit match plus free spins on ten named slots. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus money, and RIZK.rs blocks visitors outside Serbia, so check the current terms before you deposit.

Our overall assessment is positive. RIZK.rs is a licensed casino with a long approval record, well-known slot studios and, in April 2025, reasonable bonus terms. It loses points against King.rs on game count, support coverage and payment rules. Against bet365.rs, it loses points on payment methods and responsible-gambling tools. But for pure casino players, it is a good choice.

Is RIZK.rs legal and safe?

RIZK.rs is operated by Top Slots d.o.o. Beograd under a Serbian approval from the Games of Chance Administration (Uprava za igre na sreću), part of Serbia’s Ministry of Finance. As of October 5, 2026, rizk.rs is one of 25 websites on the Administration’s official list of approved online operators. The site displays its company registration and approval details, which is a positive transparency signal for Serbian players. Its footer gives approval no. 424-01-00031/2021-02 of February 25, 2021.

The approval was issued to the company under its former name, Greatodds d.o.o. (greatodds.rs); rizk.rs replaced that site on the list in 2023. Each approval covers one website and one brand. Like every approved operator, Top Slots must keep a deposit or bank guarantee of at least EUR 500,000 in a Serbian bank, connect a certified system to the regulator in real time and guarantee your winnings.

By law, RIZK.rs must include standard responsible gambling tools: deposit limits, loss limits and self-exclusion options. Its “Odgovorno igranje” page, which the regulator links, can’t be read from outside Serbia, so we couldn’t check what else it offers. Serbian law requires your age to be verified electronically against your ID card or passport before you can register, deposit, play or withdraw, so have one ready when you sign up.

Our safety assessment is strong. RIZK.rs operates transparently, publishing its approval details, and holds a valid Serbian approval. The regulator publishes no sanctions register for approved operators, and we found no public enforcement notice naming RIZK.rs. There are no significant red flags in our review. RIZK.rs welcome bonus explained

The main welcome offer at RIZK.rs, as published in April 2025, the latest version we could check, was a 100% deposit match up to RSD 10,000 + 100 free spins. This means that if you deposited RSD 10,000, you received an additional RSD 10,000 in bonus funds plus 100 free spins, 10 a day on a featured slot such as Big Bass Bonanza or Book of Dead. RIZK.rs blocks visitors outside Serbia, so check the current terms before you deposit.

Welcome bonus breakdown (April 2025 terms)

• 100% match on first deposit up to RSD 10,000, paid as bonus money
• 100 free spins on a featured slot each day: 10 spins a day for 10 days, worth RSD 10 or 12 each, each batch to be claimed within 24 hours
• Minimum deposit: RSD 500
• Wagering requirements apply: 35x the bonus within 30 days (check current T&Cs)
• Game contribution: slots 100%, table games 10%, video poker 0%
• Free-spin winnings: no wagering
• No cap on winnings or payouts

Like King.rs’s offer, it was a single package triggered by your first deposit: the match came with the deposit, and the spins followed at 10 a day over the next 10 days, each batch expiring after 24 hours. It could be claimed up to 365 days after registering, and the April 2025 terms mention no second- or third-deposit bonus. Free-spin winnings were not subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal in the April 2025 terms. The specific multiplier and time limit should be confirmed on the RIZK.rs bonus page before claiming, as terms can change.

One criticism: RIZK.rs’s ongoing promotions can’t be checked as easily as King.rs’s. In April 2025 its site listed the Wheel of Rizk, where playing slots fills a “Power Bar” and each new level earns a spin of the wheel for prizes such as free spins or cash, which RIZK said came without further wagering, plus RIZK Trke (races) and Rizk Izvlačenja (prize draws). Its current promotions page can’t be seen from outside Serbia, so check what’s running, and on what terms, before you play.

What you can bet on at RIZK.rs

RIZK.rs is primarily a casino platform, and we couldn’t verify sports betting alongside its core casino product. The balance is heavily tilted toward casino games compared to King.rs, which brings casino and sports betting together in one place. Here is what each category looks like at RIZK.rs, based on the latest version of its site we could check (April 2025).

Traditional casino games

This is where RIZK.rs focuses. In April 2025 its homepage named slots such as Book of Ra, Lucky Lady Charm Deluxe, Sugar Rush, Sweet Bonanza and Gates of Olympus, sortable by name, studio or category. Its site named Play’n GO, Pragmatic Play and Greentube among its slot studios, and it has a live casino section, “Igre uživo” (live games), whose studios and table limits we couldn’t check. Players can find roulette and blackjack, and the bonus terms mention video poker. Its game count isn’t verified, and we couldn’t check whether it shows each game’s RTP.

Sports betting

We couldn’t verify a sportsbook: the April 2025 site is a casino product, and the current site blocks visitors outside Serbia. For casual sports bettors who primarily use the casino and occasionally place a football or basketball bet, King.rs, bet365.rs and 1xBet.rs offer sports betting alongside casino games.

Instant and crash games

We couldn’t verify instant or crash games at RIZK.rs either; King.rs’s rules list instant, Plinko and crash games. These games suit mobile players and those who want short gaming sessions. Round times are measured in seconds, which also makes it easy to lose track of your stakes.

Payments and withdrawals

RIZK.rs’s homepage said in April 2025 that it offered “three different deposit methods, with withdrawals to your current account”. Its payment-methods page was never archived and the live site blocks visitors outside Serbia, so we couldn’t check which three methods those are. The minimum deposit in the April 2025 welcome terms above is RSD 500, which is accessible for most players. Like all licensed Serbian operators, RIZK.rs must verify your age against your ID card or passport before you can register, deposit, play or withdraw.

Payment details

• Deposit methods: three (April 2025); which ones isn’t verified
• Withdrawals: to your current (bank) account
• Withdrawal time, minimum and limits: not verified
• Identity verification required before first deposit and withdrawal

Our payment verdict is neutral. Details we can’t verify earn no credit and cost none, so RIZK.rs scores 7.0 for payouts.

Mobile experience

RIZK.rs delivers its mobile experience through its web design in the browser, not an app. As of October 5, 2026, there was no RIZK app in the Serbian App Store or on Google Play. We couldn’t open the site from outside Serbia, so we can’t judge its mobile design or speed. For mobile-first casino players who want an app, King.rs (iOS 4.5, Google Play 4.16) and 1xBet.rs (iOS 4.58, Google Play 3.53) have one.

Customer support

RIZK.rs offers customer support through live chat and email. In April 2025, its Serbian-language site said the RIZK team was on duty “from morning till night, 365 days a year”. It lists no phone number.

One area for improvement is out-of-hours support. Live chat availability may be limited during off-peak Serbian hours, since “from morning till night” is not 24/7. You can email its support team at any time, but the site published no response times, and its team said it worked ‘from morning till night’. By comparison, King.rs answers by free phone, chat and email 24/7, and 1xBet.rs has a free phone line.

Where RIZK.rs could improve

Despite a solid licensing record, RIZK.rs has clear areas for improvement that keep it behind King.rs and bet365.rs in our ranking.

Key criticisms

• Sports betting is unverified, compared to King.rs and bet365.rs, which offer it
• Promotional calendar can’t be checked, unlike the depth and variety of King.rs’s
• No phone support, and chat “from morning till night” rather than 24/7
• No dedicated mobile app (web-only)

The biggest issue is verifiability. Because RIZK.rs blocks visitors outside Serbia and the latest archived copies of its site date from April 2025, its welcome terms, payment methods, withdrawal rules, game count and responsible-gambling tools can’t be checked today. That is why its payouts and responsible-play scores sit at the neutral 7.0. Players who want both casino and sports will find King.rs more complete.

The promotional depth is another open question. King.rs runs regular tournaments, daily cashback and Monday free-spin offers.

Who should choose RIZK.rs?

Choose RIZK.rs if you want:

• A casino-first experience
• Slots from Play’n GO, Pragmatic Play and Greentube, plus a live casino section
• An operator approved since 2021 that shows its approval number

RIZK.rs may not be ideal if you want:

• A strong combined casino and sportsbook
• Frequent ongoing promotions and loyalty rewards you can check in advance
• Phone support or 24/7 chat
• A dedicated mobile app

RIZK.rs is a good choice for pure casino players who prioritize a licensed, casino-first site with live dealer games. It sits in third place behind King.rs and bet365.rs in our Serbia casino ranking, but the gap matters less for players who do not care about sports betting, apps or phone support. How we review casinos

Every casino in our Serbia ranking is scored across 74 checks grouped into six categories: Licensing 18, Payouts 12, Bonuses 14, Games & RTP 10, Support 8 and Responsible play 12. We check each casino against the Games of Chance Administration’s list of approved operators, its own published rules, terms, payment and help pages, and the app stores, and we cite the sources on every page.

Each category is rated from 0 to 10 and weighted by its share of the 74 checks (Licensing 24%, Payouts 16%, Bonuses 19%, Games & RTP 14%, Support 11%, Responsible play 16%), and the overall score is the weighted average. A check that can’t be verified from public sources earns no credit and costs none; a category in which nothing could be verified is scored 7.0/10, the level Serbian law already requires of every approved operator.
